Our team of sub-contractors and vendors partners are invaluable to our success and we only hire the best who are certified and trained in their specific area of expertise. Through an extensive process we research potential partners qualifications so that they meet our specific criteria. All potential partners are required to complete our sub-contractor contract/agreement establishing the decision makers for each organization. We research their specific information to make sure they have the appropriate license(s), bonding and insurance and we require that they conduct back ground checks on all employees. We re-evaluate their status quarterly to make sure they are current and up-to-date according to Washington State codes and regulations.
